If you are seriously considering a horse right now, look at Bid on the MidAtlantic section. 5yr old 16.1h gelding....I want him soooo badly, and if you got him I would know he went to a FANTASTIC home and I could read his blog...and he isn't that far from me so I would be very happy to go look at him/take more pictures for you if you wanted!!! Lol, I am not helping your obsession at all am I? Can we say enabler? But Mister Tuff Stuff here is quite nice looking, it is odd that they posted these pics, w/ his poulticed legs and half braided mane, it looks very spur of the moment!! Oh, and Bid is only $500.... :)!Alanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05377944763362524233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6595584700754159703.post-3855684690502517432010-07-03T19:39:58.512-05:002010-07-03T19:39:58.512-05:00Right you are! The big horses are definitely more prone to soundness issues (but I still love 'em!).<br />The poultice doesn't bother me so much, as I have heard that it's a very common practice at the track. It would, of course, require some inverstigation (if I were seriously looking...alas, this is unfortunately just fantasy).Frizzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03084225669041286128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6595584700754159703.post-42404258484072642712010-07-03T18:39:47.215-05:002010-07-03T18:39:47.215-05:00He's beautiful - but I'd be asking questio...He's beautiful - but I'd be asking questions about the pouliced front legs, and also the really big horses may have soundness issues. But a beautiful horse.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
